The program was organized on 27 October 2022 from 01 pm onwards by NN Saikia College Library in association with IQAC N.N. Saikia College, Titabar in the college auditorium. It started with the introduction of the resource person, Dr. Birender Pal, Librarian, at Kaliabor College. It was followed by an inauguration by Dr. Litool Baruah, Principal of N.N. Saikia College. The resource person demonstrated various online platforms of learning and teaching which are useful for teachers and students subject-wise. Those are MOOCs, e-pg pathshala, Shodhganga, ARPIT, NDL-IITKGP, Virtual Labs, etc.
The teachers and students, in general, will be benefitted from the discussion as they will be made aware of the accessibility, usability, and availability of these resources. This will support the knowledge society by making information rich. The agenda ended with a vote of thanks from JP Oza, IQAC Coordinator, NN Saikia College, Titabar. Around 40 teachers and 100+ students attended the program. Mr. Dhruba Jyoti Borgohain, Librarian, at NN Saikia College coordinated the program and thanked everyone for their kind cooperation and gracious presence.
