N.N. Saikia College, Titabar club has been certified by Joint Principal Investigator, NDLI Project India (IIT-KGP). A committee was formed with Dr Litool Baruah, Principal as Club Patron, Dr Dipali Baishya, Asst. Professor, Dept of Economics as Club President, Mr. Dhruba Jyoti Borgohain, Librarian as Club Secretary and Dr Shamim Dullah, Asst. Professor, Dept of Zoology as Executive Member of the Club. For this, the minimum requirement was participation of 100 participants in both online and offline mode. More than 420 members were registered in the club and 100+ participants were present. The resource person was Ms. Phulasmita Nath, Project Officer, NDLI- North Eastern Region, IIT-Guwahati. The librarian of the college, Dhruba Jyoti Borgohain was the convener of the program. The program ended with a vote of thanks by Dr Nirmal Jyoti Konwar, HoD, Department of History.
