The institute has an excellent infrastructural facilities for reserach activities, aided through both extramural agencies like DBT, DST, UGC, etc. as well as intramural funding. The college has a research committee with members having vast experiences in their respective fields. This research committee helps the faculty members in preparing and structuring research proposals for minor and major research projects as well as publishing articles in reputed and high impact journals. So far, a good no. of faculty members have received research grant from different government and non-governmenr agencies.
