An awareness Programme on Mental Health and its Management was organized by the Department of Physics and Physical Society, Nanda Nath Saikia College, Titabar on the 15^th of September, 2023. The special day “R U OKAY Day” was realized with the theme of the year 2023 being “I am here to hear you.” The programme was joined by two speakers Dr. Sanjib Baruah, Psychiatrist, and Mrs. Alpana Baruah, Clinical psychologist of Brisbane, Australia. Mental well-being is necessary to cope with the daily stresses of life and to work effectively.
