The name of the Women’s Cell of N.N. Saikia Teachers’ Unit is Sampriti Women’s Cell. From the very beginning, Sampriti Women’s Cell has been dedicatedly involved in various activities for the betterment of the women members of the society. It has conducted a number of in and off campus programmes with the purpose of developing the social, educational, economical as well as vocational aspects of not only the female students of the college but also of the women members of neighboring areas. The Cell has conducted many programmes for the awareness of women’s health and Hygiene.
