Mitali Chetia is an Assistant Professor of Zoology Department , Nanda Nath Saikia College. She is an MSc Zoology with Physiology and Biochemistry from Gauhati University. Earlier, she was involved in a number of projects where she dealt with Helminth parasite and parasite chemotherapy from where she produced good number of research papers. At present she takes keen interest in Ichthyofaunal studies. Her motto as a teacher is to give the best to her students.
