Students’ Interaction Programme with Dr. Kartik Neog, Director, Central Muga Eri Research and Training Institute (CMERTI), Ladoigarh, Jorhat

A student interaction programme was organised on 26.02.2026 (Thursday) at the Department of Zoology where Dr. Kartik Neog, Director, CMERTI, Ladoigarh, Jorhat addressed the students of 1^st year of the Department of Zoology about the succeful prospects of muga and eri farming as entrepreneurship shills. Mrs. Ranu Kachari, entrepreneur, Kachari Gaon also joined the interaction programme. Dr. Kartik Neog encouraged the students for better wellbeing and emphasized on the importance of education in the lives of every student, citing examples of the struggles of his own life. The interaction was fruitful and he wishes all the students best of luck.
