N.B.    Admit Cards will be available on college website from 11-07-2024. 4:00PM onwards. 

For login candidates must put their Contact Number which is submitted in the application form for downloading their Admit Cards.

Important Instructions

  • The candidate must reach the Centre at the time as indicated against Reporting/Entry time at the Centre, in the Admit Card.
  • No Candidate should adopt any unfair means or indulge in any unfair examination practices. If any candidate is found indulging in any unfair means/unfair examination practices at any stage of examination, his/her candidature will be cancelled, and legal action will be taken.
  • No candidate shall be permitted to enter after the Gate Closed.
  • No candidate shall be permitted to leave the Examination Room/ Hall before the end of the examination.
  • Upon completion of the examination, please wait for instructions from the Invigilator and do not get up from your seat until advised. The candidates will be permitted to move out, one at a time only.
  • All candidates are required to read carefully the Instructions along with the Admit Card and strictly adhere to them.
  • If religion/customs require you to wear specific attire, please visit the Centre early for thorough checking and mandatory frisking.
  • No Candidate would be allowed to enter the Examination Centre, without Admit Card, Valid ID Proof, and proper frisking.
  • Centre is under surveillance of CCTV.
  • Candidates will be permitted to carry only the following items with them into the examination venue:
    1. Admit Card(Dully Signed and photograph pastedsame as pasted in Standard Form)
    2. One Original valid ID proof
    3. Blue colour ball pen(without any box/pouch etc.)
  • Candidate must carry “Any one of the original and valid Photo Identification Proof issued by the Government” – PAN Card/Driving License/Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/ E - Aadhaar. All other ID/Photocopies of IDs even if attested/scanned photo of IDs in the mobile phone NOT will be considered as valid ID Proof.
  • Candidates are NOT allowed to carry any other personal belongings, including electronic devices, mobile phones, smart watches, earbuds, calculatoretc..College authority will not be responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings and there will be no facility.
  • Candidates are asked to upload their signature and photograph (same as pasted in Standard Form) on the time downloading their Admit Card. (MANDATORY)

 

Mode of Selection :

  1. Written test followed by computer skill test. Only the written test qualified candidates will be called for computer skill test.
  2. Syllabus of written test: General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, General Intelligence, General English and Computer Knowledge.
  3. The written test will be held to shortlist candidate for computer skill test. Computer skill test will be held on next weekafter the written examination to finalise the selected candidate.Candidates will get intimation for Computer Skill Test in due course of time.
  4. The question paper for written examination will be Multiple Choice Question (MCQ)
  5. Each question will carry 01 marks There will be no negative marking.
  6. All original documents will be verified on the day of Computer Skill Test. As such qualified candidates are requested to bring all the original documents with them.
  7. In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection which may be detected at any stage even after the issue of appointment letter, the authority reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel any communication made to the candidates.
  8. In case of any dispute/ambiguity that may occur in the process of selection, the decision of the authority shall be final and binding.
