The NCC Unit of N. N. Saikia College observed World Water Day on 22nd March by organizing an extempore speech programme among the cadets of the college. The event provided a meaningful platform for participants to articulate their views on the importance of water conservation and the sustainable use of water resources. Cadets participated enthusiastically, addressing both global and local water-related challenges through their insightful speeches. N. N. Saikia College proudly congratulates Mr. Narottam Gowala, a sixth semester student of the college, for bringing laurels to the institution by securing a Bronze Medal in the Team Kumite category at the North-East Zone Inter-University Karate Championship, held at Dibrugarh University from 1st April to 4th April. We are pleased to share that he has also been selected to represent in the All India Inter-University Karate Championship, scheduled to be held from 6th April to 9th April. This achievement is a testament to his dedication, discipline, and sporting excellence, and it brings immense pride to the college. The college extends its heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Gowala and wishes him the very best for his upcoming national-level competition.
